Hello! I'm Jess.
I'm passionate about breastfeeding support, infant and toddler feeding, unsettled baby behaviour, and early speech, language and fluency (stuttering) development for children aged 0–3 years.
Navigating parenthood with my two boys has completely changed my life, including my professional direction. I have a passion to support families to find the joy, understanding and connection in early parenthood.

1. Guidance Consultation (one-off sessions for families with one specific question, transition, or concern) | From $120, or
2. Standard Consultation (recommended when feeding, communication, or development has become challenging, stressful, or you're looking for a thorough assessment and personalised plan) | From $270
3. Make a Plan
After your first appointment, we will make a plan together. I might recommend another appointment, a treatment or therapy plan (3+ appointments), recommend referrals to other professionals and more.
Throughout your support journey with me, you'll receive practical evidence-based strategies, follow-up support (including the option of What's App messaging support), and ongoing check-in and encouragement as you put ideas into practice.

I support families with babies and toddlers aged 0-3 years.
Yes - I provide evidence-based support for breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and unsettled infant behaviour. For babies, I like to use the Neuroprotective Developmental Care 5-Domain Framework for supporting parents and babies in a holistic way, that takes more than just feeding into account. I also consider parental wellbeing (perinatal mental health), baby's health, feeding, sleep and sensory motor nourishment.
No referral is needed to book an appointment. You or your child may be eligible for Medicare rebates with a GP referral.
