Free 15 Minute Introduction Call

Choosing a health-care provider or professional can be VERY difficult, and building trust, rapport and a feeling of safety is so important.

Before you book an appointment with me, you might find it comforting to have a 15 minute phone conversation with me first. You know your baby and your family best, so I'm confident you'll get a good sense of whether I could be a good addition to your village at this point in time.

Online Workshops

I know that parents are busy, in demand and may not always be ready to invest in a one-on-one appointment with me. However, I also know that parents, now more than ever, are seeking evidence-based education about baby development, feeding and how to make life with a new bub more joyful and manageable. That's why, in 2026, I am offering 30-minute online group workshops, at accessible times, on topics that you might find particularly relevant and interesting to your family's life with a baby. Attendance is for individuals, couples, families or professionals, for $25 (fixed, regardless of how many are watching on the one device).

Click "online workshops" link below for more info and to browse topics.

Breastfeeding Assessment & Support

I can help if you are experiencing breastfeeding difficulties with your baby, like fussing at the breast, breast aversion, breast refusal, difficulty latching or staying on the breast, reflux or marathon feeds. I use holistic, evidence-based NDC approaches. Contact me to book a breastfeeding assessment appointment, where I'll carry out a comprehensive feeding assessment, and give you strategies you can begin experimenting with straight away.

The initial breastfeeding consult will take between 60 and 90 minutes, and cost between $220-$300. This fee may include a short report, and/or support via What's App messaging after your appointment for general coaching and support for up to 1 week after the appointment.

Feeding & Starting Solids

I can help if your baby or toddler is finding eating and drinking tricky. This might look like gagging or coughing with foods, refusing solids, difficulty progressing textures, mealtimes becoming stressful, or a very limited range of accepted foods.

I provide holistic, evidence-based feeding support that looks at the whole picture — your individual family, your child's oral motor skills and development, positioning, and more. My approach is responsive, respectful, and focused on helping your child feel safe and confident with food.

The initial feeding assessment will take between 60 and 90 minutes, and cost between $220-$300. This fee may include a short report, and/or support via What's App messaging after your appointment for general coaching and support for up to 1 week after the appointment.
